Who Are We?

About Relentless Machining

Built on Experience. Driven by Quality. Relentless in Execution.

Relentless Machining is a precision CNC manufacturing company built around a simple idea: do the job right, communicate clearly, and never stop improving.

Founded in 2022, Relentless Machining was created to provide customers with more than just a machine shop. We provide manufacturing support from engineering and prototyping through production and final implementation, helping our customers turn designs into reliable, quality parts.

Our team brings decades of combined manufacturing experience to every job. We understand that our customers aren't simply buying a machined part—they're trusting us with a critical piece of their process. That's why we take ownership of what we do, ask questions when something doesn't make sense, and hold ourselves to a higher standard.

Precision Manufacturing With a Purpose

Our capabilities include CNC milling and turning, Y-axis turning, live tooling, sub-spindle machining, 3D printing, prototyping, production manufacturing, and inspection.

But equipment alone doesn't make a great manufacturer.

People do.

We believe the strongest manufacturing company is built by employees who care about their work, understand why quality matters, and take ownership of the results. Our culture is built around four core values:

Quality First — Quality isn't something we inspect into a part at the end. It is built into every step of the process.

Ownership — We take responsibility for our work, our decisions, our mistakes, and our results.

Discipline — Consistent processes and attention to detail create consistent results.

Be Curious — We ask questions, solve problems, learn from our mistakes, and continually look for better ways to do things.

Built for the Customers Who Expect More

We work with customers who demand precision, reliability, and responsiveness. From prototypes and one-off components to repeat production, our goal is to become a manufacturing partner our customers can depend on.

We believe communication is part of quality. If we see a potential problem, we speak up. If a drawing raises a question, we ask. If something goes wrong, we address it rather than hide it.

Our goal isn't simply to make parts.

Our goal is to earn the next job.

Where We're Going

Our vision is to become a world-class manufacturer and a trusted supplier to some of the biggest and most demanding companies in the world.

We're building Relentless Machining with that standard in mind from day one—investing in our people, our processes, our equipment, and our quality system.

We're not interested in being the biggest machine shop.

We're interested in being one of the best.

That's Relentless Machining.

Meet the Team

Dylan-

The Eddy’s began August 4th 2017. They have been entrepreneurs for a very long time and in recent year have been wading in the deep end. Dylan, operator of Relentless Machining, began his journey with concrete. As a young child he remembers spending his weekends and summers working with his family prepping and pouring concrete. He remembers the hard work and long days, and it is this experience that he took into the workforce where he began in the manufacturing world. Starting at 18 in a local machine shop as a saw boy. He began to show his understanding of money and the need to try save costs everywhere he could. This led him to earning the title of head of purchasing. He soon showed further competencies and eventually was head of front end operations, from quoting jobs, customer and vendor relations, office management, and supply chain management. Earning his degree in Business Management from Weber State university in 2018 along with 2 other associates degrees, and a certificate as a green belt in six sigma, he took this knowledge and experience to begin putting things together to start his own company.

Audrey-

Audrey, owner of Lavish Tails Mobile Grooming, never saw herself as an entrepreneur. She grew up in Roy, UT to a stay at home mother and a military father. Her father had always instilled in Audrey that she could do anything she wanted to do. She remembers seeing her parents work very hard as a young girl and wanted to make sure she could take care of herself. Her aunt owned a grooming salon in Clearfield and began to show Audrey the ropes at the age of 14. Audrey has always loved animals and was grateful to learn a skill-set at such a young age. She furthered her career in a corporate setting at Petco where she earned the title assistant manager of grooming. She was in charge of giving clients pricing and schedules of the other groomers. She was given the opportunity by a fellow groomer to move to Burch Creek Animal Hospital where she learned more about the health and care of the animals she serviced. After several years she made the decision, with her husbands full support, to start her own mobile service. It is there where she is now and is excited for the opportunity to help grow Relentless Machining the same way she has grown her company.
